I choose to make a dress from tne 1933, because I love the evening fashion of this decade, it is so feminine and glamorous. I found this particular dress in a book about paper dolls: “Great Fashion Designs of the Thirties”. The dress is from the fashion designer Jeanne Paquin and I love the challenge to make the upstanding shoulder details and the tiny flowers.
