Cake for my friend Fida
Top layer biscuit filled with milk chocolate mousse and chocolate crème.
Bottom layer biscuit filled with white chocolate mousse and a layer of salted caramel.
The outside of the cake is with pure chocolate ganache.
Baked chocolatechip cookies and donuts and brownies … salt sticks with chocolate.. merengue coffee balls… sugar pearls and the chocolate bon bon came out the store … to make it shiny i added jelly diamonds
