A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of creating these adorable desserts for an beautiful Mickey Mouse Themed Quinceanera.

For the special day we created 4 dozen sugar cookies decorated with white royal icing and embellished with black royal icing Mickey Heads. 4 dozen cupcakes half chocolate and half vanilla topped with vanilla buttercream icing and embellished with white and silver nonperiels topped with royal icing and fondant Mickey ears. And a beautiful 6" round cake topped with white fondant and airbrushed with silver Mickey heads, a silver glitter ribbon wrapped the bottom of the cake and an adorable black Mickey cake topper finished the cake!
