Three tier pillow cake delivered to Headlam Hall in Darlington.

The couple were dead easy going and simply wanted a white and ivory pillow cake with a shot of deep purple.

I was really worried about the stability of this cake during delivery which was approx 50 miles so I used a central wooden dowel just to be sure :)
