In my family some members have fought against the cancer, some have lost their battles and some have luckily won it!

I have dedicated my Tulips in Ice Cream Waffle to my friend Karen Alexander Manning, who i have never met but is dear to my heart. She’s a beautiful mom and grandmom and a warrior!! Go girl, kick the cancer in its butt!!

About my piece:
I have made these Parrot tulips from wafer paper and used the tutorial of my dear and talented friend Martina of Floralilie Sugar Art how to veine wafer paper. With this design i wanted to create something beautiful, but also fun and joyful.
