This was another dummy cake made for the Cake International 2016 Birmingham. Bottom tier was piped with royal icing and decorated with edible diamonds. The tier above was decorated with rice paper, all handcut. The top of the cake was inspired by a wedding dress and its lace. Handcrafted blue/purple and white orchids to decorate the middle.
