Alpaca wedding cake for my boyfriend’s brother’s wedding.
The middle tier is vanilla sponge, italian meringue buttercream, and covered in white chocolate ganache.
Top tier is red velvet with italian meringue buttercream, sugarpaste covering. Decorated with chocolate shards, sculpted alpacas made from modelling chocolate.
Bottom tier is poly, covered in fondant, and layers of wafer paper, first try with wafer paper, i found it shrinks after a time! Need more practice with it!
