I created this cake for beautiful couple Mark and Sophie. They main colour theme at the Venue was as the colours on the cake. The bride wanted a simple cake with not to many decorations but standing out. It was lovely to see her happy face on collection. This part of my work is absolutely priceless and keeps me going!

• Top Tier – Vanilla Sponge With Pinacolada Buttercream. Decorated with blue ribbon and flower made out of SARACINO wafer paper finished with Rolkem Gold Dust.

• Second Tier – Chocolate Sponge With Jaffa Orange Buttercream And Orange Marmalade. Tier decorated with edible gold sequins.

• Third Tier – Lemon Drizzle Cake With Lemon Buttercream. Tier in orange. I used peach rolkem dust that was applied on the cake.

• Bottom Tier – Chocolate Sponge With Chocolate Mouse. To make this effect I used Saracino Wafer paper and gold Rolkem dust.
