This is the 3rd cake I’ve made for this little boy…. isn’t it great to see their tastes change as they grow up!
Both tiers are vanilla sponge, with a vanilla butter cream and jam filling, crumb coated in a white chocolate ganache and covered in sugarpaste… I recently changed my sugarpaste to Couture and it’s the best thing I ever did!
Most of the cake is airbrushed with a dinky doodle airbrush and colours.
