This is a 2 tier Chocolate/Vanilla Bean cake with Chocolate SMB fillings and covered with chocolate ganache and marbled fondant.This was my first attempt at marbling fondant.I love how it turned out. The rose and leaves are a fondant/ gumpaste mix. Thanks for looking! Cheers!
