Hey hey, this is my Cake International silver award winning wedding cake NEC November 2016.

I have never tried working with royal icing before but have been inspired by some royal icing greats, Eddie, Hayley, Ceri and Michelle to name a few!

I’m slightly hooked on royal icing now and will be entering again in March…eeeeee.
