Practising my Sugar flowers.
These are made with homemade Mexican Paste, it is an excellent flower paste, great for making paper thin petals or use instead of gum paste for making eyeballs and structural components it also creates a great modelling paste when mixed with home made fondant.

Give it a try, it’s cheap, easy to make and super effective.
