I was asked to make a cake for Mikey’s 14th birthday through Icing Smiles. The #lennyisdead is referring to a tumor he had that is now gone. They wanted to do a big cake this year since he wasn’t able to celebrate his birthday last year. I had a lot of fun making this cake and it makes it even better when it goes to a child that has been through so much.
