A fun, simple cake I made for my son and his friends to enjoy at the bowling alley. It’s a 6 inch chocolate cake covered in ganache with a white chocolate ganache drip dyed in blue-black and highlighted in lustre dusts, disco dust and gold dust to look like a melted bowling ball dripping down the cake. The bowling pin is hand cut and made with modeling chocolate and the letters are cut out of fondant and tappit cutters. TFL!
