I make no apologies for the number of photos of this cake which I absolutely loved doing for Connie’s Christening today. It’s one I have wanted to do for ages and for those of you who haven’t read the book, then it’s a MUST…….especially for Xmas !
Apart from one tier having to be lemon (with my homemade lemon curd) I had a completely free hand. Hand-painted scenes and little plaques tell the story of “Guess how much I love you……”
