My first double barrel cake! And it literally made me cry… I forgot to put dowels in the bottom tier. When I started ganaching, bottom part started ballooning so had to redo the whole tier I mean right from baking to icing …. Phew! All well that ends well… Good part is I’ll never forget to put dowels in bottom tier … ever 😃😃😃
Oh BTW it was 50th Birthday cake for someone who just loved all things bling 😊
