I was asked to make this cake similar to one made on a popular cake tv programme. To be honest I wasn’t sure where to start but said I would give it a go. The Engine and the coal carriage is made from fruit cake and the passenger carriage is Madeira. The whole thing is 32 inches long and 18 inches tall.
