I was looking forward to making this cake, I was actually nervous about doing it. The first time I attempted making a face sculpting cake (a very ambitious project for me), but it really didn’t turn out the way I had envisioned it to be.
I make a sculptured cake for my husband for his birthday (ta-da). Still doesn’t really look exactly like him, but at least I tried. It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed. (Lesson learned: never try again…LOL)
