This is a cake I did for my daughter who didn’t want a Frozen cake, but had to have an “Elsa Only Cake”. :) I was very nervous to do such a recognizable character! Many thanks to The Rosebud Cake Company for taking the time to answer some of my questions and give me some tips!
The 5" and 7" are homemade funfetti cake and the 9" is chocolate cake. All cakes are frosted and filled with buttercream. Elsa, crown, flowers and snowflakes are hand made from fondant.
I don’t remember where I saw it, but the original design was found online, and was my inspiration for this cake.
