My first drip cake. Maybe not really special, but I like it anyway :-) It was a give away cake for charity purpose.
Filled with 1 layer Dark Chocolate bavarois, a layer with brown sugar meringue buttercream with roasted & salted pecans in it (chopped), and a layer of heavy cream.
