We took our granddaughter to see The Making of Harry Potter & I knew what cake I was going to make for her 10th birthday. I took my inspiration from cakes on the internet but purchased the decorations so she could use afterwards. Bottom tier – three layers of Victoria sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream & seedless raspberry jam. Top tier- chocolate Victoria sponge filled with chocolate buttercream. The cake was covered in Massa Ticino & Renshaw fondant with edible transfer badges.
Just a hobby baker but love seeing other people's work & aspire to creating something as beautiful one day.
