I always prefer minimalistic designs and so was very happy to do this one .Whipped cream sharp edges ,golden fondant accents and gumpaste peonies for a church wedding .Needless to say my heart was beating till it reached the venue 🙂.
I also wanted to add that I Have not really participated in any major competitions and most importantly they aren’t any cream categories .So ,taking a giant leap and entered my “Woof woof” pure whipped cream dog (except for eyes and nose )in CakesDecor Pets Competition .It is the only cream entry amongst the sculpting giants but nevertheless trying my luck for the first time and wanted to ask all my friends to vote for my entry
