This cake is a copy of a Shawna McGreevy Cake, the beautiful bride really liked the look of Shawna’s cake and I did my best to reproduce it for her on a larger scale. It isn’t exactly the same as we added our own touches with the addition of Plum Ribbon to match the Wedding Party and a different Wafer Paper Flower on Top. But I think the end result is very pretty – and I hope they love it :)

This is a Nut-Free Carrot Cake, Filled with Cream Cheese Buttercream, Frosted in White Chocolate Ganache, and Finished in White Fondant. All the Flowers and Leaves are Fondant. The Large Rose on top is a Handmade Wafer Paper Rose. The Bottom Tier is cover with Ruffled Rice Paper.

As Always this Cake is 100% Gluten-Free!
