This one through me for a spin this week 😆 All types of scientific elements went onto this cake, including the debut of my FIRST EVER gravity defying cake topper 😬 and edible gelatin bubbles… such a fun design! I hope you all like it and share it ☺️ Bottom tier is red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream filling and covered in dark chocolate ganache. Top tier is carrot cake with caramel filling and covered in white chocolate ganache.
