Working on this gravity defying cake was super fun, There are sooooo many things one has to keep in mind while designing a cake like this….. you can’t just do it over night….. you need to measure weight and balance…. and know the LAWS OF PHYSICS! At the same time taking into consideration the aesthetic appeal….. something that will make the viewer to keep looking at the piece! Tell me what you think of this Sweet Couture cake!
