Hello, all! This is my contribution to the Texas Pride- Sweet Style collaboration. We joined sugar forces to celebrate all things Texas State Fair which is to begin here in the coming weeks.

The fair here in Texas isn’t a fair if there isn’t a longhorn, or a butter sculpture. Hence the creation of a butter sculpture of a Texas Longhorn. My first attempt was actually from butter, but that was a hot mess and I didn’t want to carve while sitting in front of the refrigerator. haha! He is composed of a wire structure, some rkt and butter colored choco-pan modeling chocolate. Measuring 18 inches from tail to nose. Hope you like. Thanks for taking a look!
