So this cake was for my nieces un-birthday, birthday celebration! My sister in law floored me when she asked if I could copy a cake by the amazing ‘The Clever Little Cupcake Company’. To say I was intimidated would be an understatement but thought I would have a go & The clever little cupcake company was kind enough to give me permission to reproduce their design.
Although it is not a perfect copy and I have a long way to go I am happy with how it turned out and hope I have done the original justice. I am also glad it survived the bumpy journey down the country lanes. Delivery is always so nerve wracking!!
