So, it’s safe to say I’ve never been much of a fan of the naked or semi naked cake.
This red velvet cake with cream cheeses icing is my first attempt at a semi naked cake. I wasn’t overly happy with all the crumbs that still showed through… But I actually quite liked it on the whole. I am still not converted though.
