Scallop piped buttercream cake

2-layer cake frosted in pink buttercream and piped in #104 tip white buttercream icing. I also used #104 to do piping around the top, sides, and bottom boarder. Top edge boarder has 3 layers of piping. I just went piping crazy.. ;)
