I have been working with whipped cream for a long time but sharp edges have come with practice ,perseverance and passion .The main cake and the lid are whipped cream entirely (Have attached a picture).It takes concentration and precision but was super happy with the lid .The accents are fondant and the Rose is wafer paper and airbrushed .
