Wedding cake for a friend’s wedding.
Based on a lovely cake picture she found (I don’t know who the original baker was so can’t credit) but customised as a square 3 tier with custom silhouettes and bike against the tree as they’re both triathletes.
Base is red velvet with cream cheese buttercream and white chocolate ganache, middle is fruit cake with marzipan, top is ginger with vanilla buttercream and dark chocolate ganache.
