Though a last minute request, I totally loved working on this Rustic Beauty !! The client could not make it to her brother-inlaws engagement, but she wanted to surprise them with something special…She was sure she wanted a naked ganache cake with golden flowers….This was total surprise to the family. I love when it comes to surprise people and this was total fun to craft….

Alternate layers of mildly spiced vanilla cake and rich chocolate cake with white chocolate creamcheese, frosted with dark chocolate ganache along with Wafer paper flowers.Tried giving the wood effect for that rustic feel….Free hand painted message .
