I thought long and hard about how I was going to acheive this! The top tier also had to be gluten free. After I spent a day learning how to airbrush a light clicked on my head and off I went! i had my idea. I loved the end result of this cake, although I could tear it to pieces with a running critical commentary of “where i went wrong!” But I take this as a positive as it only makes me try harder
