This is my second time to make a succulent cake and cupcake set. However, my first set was fully made in buttercream. For this second set, I used fondant and royal icing for the succulents and cacti. This set had to travel 102 kilometers from my store, and because of the heat, I couldn’t risk using buttercream even if I was going to deliver it in an air-conditioned vehicle.
