Was such a pleasure to make this special 1st birthday cake for Emerson ,

3 tiers of classic Victoria sponge cake . Cow print , Paisley bandana print and wood effect tier with cute cowboy silhouette which was hand cut .

I made my own mould for the sheriff badge and the teepee is just bamboo skewers tied together and covered in fondsnt with a little cmc added .

The boot and fat were modelled free hand with saracino modelling paste and then painted with some gel colour mixed with alcohol .

I used a cloud cutter for the cow print and trimmed them slightly with s craft knife to get a better shape .
