David Bowie inspired cookie

4" cookie hand painted on glaze. This was less of an attempt to do an exact likeness and more about capturing a mood/personality, and playing with colors. What I love about freehand work is never knowing ahead of time exactly where a piece will go and the excitement of what can happen. This was made for a friend who loves Bowie. I took process photos to put together a slideshow of how I work.
