not the usual white and flowers wedding cake this time. This wedding cake was for a couple who is into a construction business. They wanted me to create something that would reflect what they are into. So i have made a 4’ tall crane using a cardboard and covered it with fondant and spray painted it using yellow and red. The bottom cake was covered with fondant and detailed to look like a tire and spray painted it with silver sheen. I also created a safety-hat and a bride and groom using gum paste. Everything were done without using any molder. This 3-tiered wedding cake was a one of my favorites since this was very different and took me days for planning and sketching of how can i come up with a very extra-ordinary wedding cake.
