I’m so honored to be part of this amazing collaboration. It’s my first one and I have to thank so much Isabel Tamargo, from Tartas Imposibles, for her hard work with all of us.
I was inspired by one of my favourite flowers, dandelions.
I saw them blooming in flowery meadow every summer and I just can love them!
I used black fondant covered with a sheet of white wafer paper that I handpainted with food colouring.
