This cake was made for pdca caker buddies indian food collaboration. I have chosen pav bhaji as my cuisine. It is fast food dish from Maharashtra, consisting of a thick vegetable curry usually prepared in butter and served with a soft bread roll. In this cake I have tried to the raw vegetables used for the bhaji and a bhaji stall at on the streets of mumbai.
