Made this cake for an client who has cancer, her daughter ordered this cake for her mum.
She had some last whishes and one of them was a cake in shape of a gamble machine. She was also going to a casino that day.

The cake was made of a vanilla cake with some layers of strawberry cream cheese frosting and strawberry frosting.

She was so happy with the cake!
