When my special girl turned 16 we thought long and hard about what kind of celebration we should have. She isn’t a high heels and make up kind of girl, she loves the outdoors and scary stuff (not too scary ;) ), so we came up with ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE! Cake is chocolate, with chocolate ganache filling and white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream.
