I loved making this cake! Anything with bright colours and I’m a happy caker! It’s a plain old Victoria sponge with buttercream and jam and also my new find, white chocolate ganache! Hey I know it’s not new but I have only just discovered how great it is on top of buttercream to firm everything up! I’ve had a few cakes recently that moved or bulged and the ganache seems to be helping so far…… Fingers crossed!
