She wanted a special cake for her Dad’s 60th birthday that would be simple but different and unique. It had to include her Dad’s interests for exploring nature and also his passion for ‘Wind-Chimes’, he creates raga based chimes for elite music lovers.
Taken by surprise for a moment I set off to create this and then….Tadtadaaaaaaa!!!!!! this is what I managed to deliver.
The top of the cake has the logo of the chimes company and the painting on the sides depicts his love for nature .
A soft and yummy chocolate rum cake oozing with the goodness of rum and dark chocolate ganache.
A hand crafted and painted fully edible wind-chime to top it all !!!
