This was a ‘Gender Reveal’ cake that I made for my niece’s friend. It’s a vanilla sour cream cake filled and frosted with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. I use the upside method to cover my cakes, and I decorated it with a Wilton 113 piping tip.
