Pretty in Peach

I made this cake as a gift for my friend’s 60th birthday. The bottom 8" tier is vanilla Madeira, with vanilla buttercream & raspberry jam. The top 6" tier is lemon Madeira filled with lemon buttercream & Waitrose Sicillian lemon curd.

Just a hobby baker but love seeing other people's work & aspire to creating something as beautiful one day.
