My first 3 tier cake. Entirely edible and fondant for all decor. This cake had a great plastic structure inside that was so stable it rode in the trunk of an SUV for a 1 1/2hr drive and came out unscathed!! That sold me! It’s the only structure I will used for tiered cakes <3
