His name is “SOTHER…The Colossus”

My job pretends to reflect the sadness that Mother Nature is feeling, watching us drain its resources, the water supply is insufficient, deforestation keeps increasing and a ton of things we destroy little by little. In the end, the Colossus that inhabit Earth will be the only witnesses of the impending destruction, unless we do something to stop this.
The colors reflect how even tough nature has given us amazing things, in the end, when there’s nothing left, it will be nature itself, with all her beautiful colors, the one that engraves on the stone guardians that take care of the Earth, which will remain silent and watch how the trees that once inhabit our planet have been replaced by lifeless, colorless trees.

Mi trabajo pretende reflejar la tristeza que siente la madre naturaleza, al ver cómo agotamos sus recursos, el agua cada vez es más escasa, la deforestación va en aumento y un sinfín de cosas más que poco a poco destruimos. Al final, los Colosos que habitan la tierra serán los únicos testigos de la inminente destrucción, a menos que hagamos algo por detener esto.
Los colores reflejan que aunque la naturaleza nos ha regalado cosas increíbles, al final, cuando ya no quede más, será ella misma, con sus hermosos colores, la que se plasmará en los guardianes de piedra que cuidan de la tierra; los cuales solo callaran y observarán como los árboles que algún día habitaron nuestro planeta han sido reemplazados por árboles de plástico, sin vida, sin color.
