March is a very busy and special month in my life. Both my kids are March born. Cant believe my little ones are growing so fast. My daughter, Naomi turned six recently and we had a rainbow party. This time she had her own demands. She wanted a sitting rainbow Unicorn cake looking at her and smiling. This was my veryyyyyy first attempt in 3D cake sculpting. Spent several nights working on this cake after coming back from work. End result was worth it. I was quite surprised to know that some of our guests thought it was a soft toy :) I loved making her and didnt want to cut her at all.
