This is a 70th birthday cake for a lady who has 10 grandchildren and 4 children and along with her husband they all got onto the cake!
The 70 is made to look like a flowerbed. Not sure why, but I liked the idea of it. The green dessicated coconut grass is homage to the birthday girl who has made many birthday cakes for her children with this ingredient!
