Such a privilege to be a part of Sugar Show Productions Cake Carnival at both CI in Birmingham and London – a fab theme and I chose to do a circus horse (big horse lover), it was my first standing horse cake, and it was genuinely fab to see the other pieces to this collaboration. Such fab people too. I was really sorry to not be able to join in for the weekend, it sounded like a blast, but it has been an encouraging and inspiring experience to join in on social media.
